+ do you travel?

Yes! All wedding photography, videography & engagement session packages include traveling within the continental United States at no additional cost.

Getting married in Oregon? Sure, we'll be there.

Want to have an engagement photoshoot in Yosemite? We'll be there.

Having a wedding outside the continental United States? Just let us know and we will figure it out with you.

+ how do the custom hour blocks work?

If you go with our standard package, we will provide 6 hours of total wedding day photo or video coverage dispersed customly throughout the day. We will take a look at your wedding agenda and help lay out time blocks for you. Here's an example of a wedding we just covered:

• Getting Ready Photos (10a-11a)
• First Look (11:30am-12p)
• Creative Bridal Party Session (12p-1p)
• Ceremony (2p-3p)
• Reception (6p-8:30p)

Total: 6 Hours of Total Coverage

+ do you limit how many photos you edit and/or deliver to us?

No! We take thousands of photos at each wedding, sort out the good ones and the duplicates (we are kinda trigger happy), and then edit every single photo from there. In the end, our couples receive hundreds of beautiful photos rendered in the highest resolution we can provide.

+ what is your wedding videography "documentary video"?

Each wedding videography package not only includes a beautifully crafted, tear-jerking highlights video, but also a longer real-time video featuring your wedding day in chronological order. We edit all the footage that we take of your wedding day so that you can essentially pop the video onto your screen and rewatch everything from start to finish from a third person point of view.

All documentary videos will feature multicam (there's always at least 2-3 cameras rolling at different angles) edits of your ceremony and reception. This is how you rewatch your vows, listen to your parents' toasts, and most importantly, rewatch your best friend's cringy grand entrance dancing.

Depending on how many hours you book us for, we will also include footage of you getting ready with your bridal parties, short interviews of your close friends/family, your first look, your tea ceremony, extended dance floor footage, etc.

Ultimately, the documentary video is one that you'll watch on future anniversaries and with your future kids.

+ how long does it take to get our edited photos or videos?

For engagement sessions, we deliver all photos within 2 months of the photoshoot date.

For wedding photography & videography, we deliver all promised content within 6 months of the wedding date.

*We usually try to get our couples a few expedited edits within the two weeks after the engagement session or wedding (so that you can post on Instagram of course).

+ what is your reservation & cancellation policy?

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the package & sales tax total is due at signing to reserve our services for your specific date. All payments above the 25% deposit will be returned if your wedding or photoshoot is cancelled before 60 days of the date.

However, the full balance is due if cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event.

We treat our couples with priority and once your date is reserved, we will never book any other event or client on top of yours.
